Communities often face land-use decisions in an environment of rapid change and limited resources. These decisions are complex, and the implications can be far-reaching. 1000 Friends of Minnesota offers affordable, state-of-the-art services for Minnesota communities that enable community members, staff, elected officials, and other constituents to see and compare land-use options.

1000 Friends of Minnesota’s Growing By Design Technical Resource Center provides technical support during the planning process and builds staff capacity with a number of unique services.
