Stimulus overspends on highways, under on transit

1000 Friends of Minnesota worked with other advocacy groups in Minnesota to issue a report critiquing the way the federal stimulus dollars were allocated in our state. The groups say that the state should have spent more on transit in the metro area and less on road expansion. The Pioneer Press covered the story.
